Culture From It’s Core
Website Refresh
The original website was older and a bit too dark to represent this lovely company. We brought in a world class photographer, Doug Levy, to capture the essence of the people at Kaleido during an all day working session. He did an amazing job which allowed us to refresh the website and update some of the content to match our new Mission, Vision and Value stories.
The Values
When we came up with these values, we knew we needed stellar design and my design partner, Rachel from Bakish Designs, nailed it with this origami look. The Blue Diamond looks as resilient and bold as the people at Kaleido. The Heart is muscular to represent the GRIT and HEART they bring to their work and the Star has two stars within it to represent collaboration and working together.
The Social Approach
We wanted to ensure Kaleido had all of the tools they needed to be successful. In addition to developing new Canva templates for the team to use on social, we also worked with Voyager Video to bring their stories to life with video. By asking about favorite new values, best moments and other questions, we allowed the team at Kaleido to capture their culture on film and bring it to life. Nothing performs better than employee videos on social media!
